Cozy stay with good vibes

Had a comfy time here! The room was really nice, great mattress and linens. Loved the balcony too. It was super quiet at night, which was awesome considering it’s near Stateline. Pool and hot tub were perfect spots to unwind. The only bummer was the beach not being dog-friendly, but I found a nice nearby beach. Staff was really friendly.

Family with children decent stay

The suite was a decent size with a living room and kitchen, really suited our needs for the few days we were here. The hot tub was great at night, could've soaked there forever if the kids weren't splashing around.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess it was acceptable for a family getaway.

The junior suite offered a spacious layout that felt like home as we settled in for our vacation. The location was a delight, with outdoor adventures nearby.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by check-in issues, including being assigned an already occupied room and the lack of timely staff assistance subsequently.

3 peaks resort & beach club has a great location if you want to explore central stateline while avoiding noise. the bed linens were super comfortable, and I loved the two-level hot tub. also, the easy parking and nice pool towels added to the experience. the staff was friendly enough.

However, cleaning issues and a lack of proper maintenance were evident, as there were crumbs and hair left from previous guests. Additionally, the overall property felt outdated and in need of significant renovations to improve the experience.

However, the service experience fell short as check-in was delayed with no communication, which affected our plans. With friendly staff and a great setting, it's suitable for short stays, but it could improve on service efficiency.

The location is excellent The beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Staff are friendly and responsive to requests. The place is also pet-friendly, which is a big plus for travelers with dogs. 🐕

The location was the best part, super close to everything, and the hot tub was great! However, the maid service was lacking during our stay. 🛁

My stay at 3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club was very pleasant. The room exceeded my expectations, being clean and spacious. The staff were particularly accommodating, assisting me with everything I needed for my business trip, including setting up my presentation equipment. The property is conveniently located just a short distance from key business areas. Overall, my experience was both enjoyable and practical for my work needs.
